The FilianicStudies.Org site appears to be offline, but the 5th edition of the Clear Recital and related materials is still available through this link at Wayback Machine.
The print editions are still available at Lulu Press at cost. Many thanks to RJ MoChridhe.
It's my understanding that it's allowed to disseminate the book online. However, I don't know how to upload PDFs to Dreamwidth or else I'd post them here. The PDFs are downloadable at the link above.
